The Barn on 62 – Cottages

Description

The Barn on 62 is self-catering accommodation located in the town of Montagu on Route 62.  It is the ideal place for holidaymakers, business travellers and overnight guests.

The accommodation consists of 2 fully equipped units, can cater for 6 people.  Each of our units is tastefully decorated and features a living area, air conditioning, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. Two units have private plunge pools and indoor fire places.

There is an on-site restaurant and café where guests can enjoy a morning coffee, breakfast or lunch before exploring the area.

Familiar Chat – 2 bedrooms upstairs, can sleep 4 people. Combined unit. Spectacular views of the Langeberg mountains and adjacent farmlands. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a shower and toilet. Main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom’s beds can be arranged as a king bed or twin singles.  The two rooms are connected by an inside door. Second bedroom has its own entrance and balcony.

Downstairs living area with indoor fireplace (wood and fire starters provided), a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, gas burner, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee pod machine and all the necessary crockery and cutlery. All linen and towels are provided. Outside is a beautiful patio with outdoor furniture and a private terrace with a plunge pool and private outdoor shower. Free Wi-Fi. Outside braai /BBQ facilities is available on request.

Riverine Rabbit – 1-bedroom sleeps 2 people. Private bedroom with a king size bed. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Living area with an indoor fireplace (wood and fire starters provided), a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, gas burner, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee pod machine and all the necessary crockery and cutlery. All linen and towels are provided. Outside is a beautiful patio with outdoor furniture and a private plunge pool with views over the garden. Free Wi-Fi. Outside braai /BBQ facilities is available on request.

Cape Town to Montagu (N1)

From Cape Town, take the N1 towards Worcester. Once you reach Worcester, take the 2nd turn off tho the right into town, marked direction Robertson

Follow the road over a train bridge, and at the second traffic light you will turn left into High Street. At the next traffic light is the turn-off for Robertson/Ashton/Montagu (R60) turn right here. You follow the road straight through Robertson and Ashton before reaching the town of Montagu.

In Montagu you continue in Long Street until near the end, when you reach Cross Street on your left, The Barn on 62 is at your immediate right.
