Follow the R62 out of Montagu towards Barrydale, turn off onto gravel road 9km from town (Rietvlei nr Follow gravel road for 1km to farm gate on your left.DESCRIPTION: Surrounded by fruit orchards Plum Cottage is completely secluded with private hot tub on the patio facing the Langeberg mountain. The cottage can sleep family of 4 in 2 bedrooms. It has an inside braai and outside braai for cooler winters or sunny weekends.

Nectarine cottage overlooks the peach orchards and beautiful karoo sunrise. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms also private hot tub on the patio. The cottage has solar panels providing 12V power for LED lights, frigde/freezer and USB charging point. No additional power outlets, so best leave your appliances and devices at home to truly come and relax in the fresh farm air and under Karoo stars. Lank-gewag Cottage is set on a working farm that is located 10 km outside the town Montagu.

Guests and their children are welcome to explore the farm on foot or by bicycle, and experience farm life by watching the orchard trees show off their blossoms between August and September, and the picking of plums, apricots, yellow peaches and nectarines during fruit season from December to March. Though guests’ need for silence is respected, this is a working farm and guests will hear tractors and vehicles if they stay here through the week.
