La Mont Deli & Accommodation

La Montanara is a dairy farm situated on the R60 Ashton – Swellendam road. Farming with Jersey cattle to produce specialty dairy products of the highest standard as well as free range meat products from the pigs on the Happy Hog farm. One can visit the La Mont Deli welcoming you with a breath-taking view of the Langeberg Mountain. This view has been described by visitors as little piece of Switzerland.

La Mont deli offers cheese and wine pairings, informal and formal. All products sold in the deli are either produced on the farm or sourced from the local area. One can enjoy a cheese and meat platter accompanied by wine, beer or a cider from the Van Loveren Cellar range. La Montanara also offers self-catering accommodation which can sleep 6 persons, close to the mountain with a spectacular view.
