Bright Haven Barrydale is proud to announce this year’s International Yoga Day celebration in collaboration with the Indian Consulate in Cape Town.

This year’s global theme is “Yoga for Healthy Aging”, highlighting the many benefits of yoga for physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing throughout all stages of life.

We are especially excited that our Bright Haven children, who have embraced yoga with enthusiasm and dedication, will form part of both the demonstration team and the audience. Their confidence, focus, and joy are a wonderful reflection of the positive impact yoga has had in their lives.

We are also honoured to welcome distinguished guests and dignitaries, including Mayor Francois du Randt, who will be joining us for this special community event.
