Having grown tired of the busy city life of Cape Town, Kevin & Kim Katzke, decided to relocate to Montagu for a quieter lifestyle. The charcuterie business which was originally started 3 years ago as a hobby has since turned into a daily operation and full-time job.
Their product range includes cured meats and bacon; pork bangers; fresh Thai, German & Hungarian sausages; duck patties and a variety of salamis.
This artisanal home based business allows them to do what they enjoy and to enjoy what they do within the small town of Montagu.
