With 90 clean and fully equipped chalets, Montagu Springs offers a variety of air-conditioned accommodation to suit every taste and budget. Each unit sleeps up to four people and includes a private braai area – ideal for evening meals, marshmallows, and memory-making.
From relaxed family chalets to more spacious river-facing Villas, all units come with everything you need: bedding, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and outdoor seating. Some units also include fireplaces, private patios and additional guest amenities.

The Villas
Our most exclusive option. Each two-bedroom Villa sleeps four and features two bathrooms, a lounge, dining area, fireplace, two patios, and a built-in braai. Villas enjoy river views and access to a private swimming pool. Guest amenities like towels, soap, shampoo and dishwashing liquid are provided.
Golden Terraces
Cape Dutch-style chalets with one or two bedrooms, these units feature spacious patios, fireplaces and scenic views of the orchard, vineyard or mountains. Ideal for couples or small families looking for comfort and space. Guest amenities are provided.
Josmont Heights
Swiss-style one- or two-bedroom chalets located higher up for panoramic views. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and large patio with a braai area. Towels and basic toiletries are included.
Plettenbergs
A great-value choice for young families. These compact chalets come with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and access to the nearby pool and play area. Guests need to bring their own towels, dishcloths and toiletries.
Fun for the Whole Family
Montagu Springs is designed with families in mind. With five swimming pools, two playgrounds, bike rentals and lush open spaces, there’s plenty for kids to do while parents relax in the sun. A multi-purpose Astroturf court caters to 5-a-side soccer, tennis, netball and volleyball.
Nature lovers will appreciate the Keisie River that runs through the resort, attracting birdlife and creating a serene backdrop for your stay.
