Mirihof Olive & Guest Farm

Mirihof is set on a small working olive farm set between the historic Long Street and the Kogmanskloofriver with breathtaking views over the Langeberg Mountain range into the gorge.

We are within easy walking distance to town and not far from our famous monuments and buildings of historical interest. All restaurant and shops are within a short driving distance or not so far if you are keen for a walk.

We have 4 luxury bedrooms with full ensuite bathrooms and a 5^th, smaller room only with a shower, basin and toilet. All the rooms lead out onto the patio with views over the mountains and olive grove.

We offer bed options from King, Queen and twin beds (some extra length). Our rooms are all non-smoking and can only accommodate 2 people per room. Please note that unfortunately we do not accommodate children under the age of 15 and no pets.

We supply towels, dressing-gowns, slippers, organic toiletries, tissues and a hairdryer. Each room has DSTV (most channels MNET included), Air-conditioner (heating & cooling), fridge with freezer, Coffee station with a kettle and Nescafe Dolce coffee machine, Safe box and free Wi-fi. We also provide a laundry service. Our honesty bar is stocked with drinks and snacks to your liking. You will receive complimentary water, coffee, tea and a glass of wine.

Our accommodation provides home from home touches for your comfort and well-being in summer and winter. After a long day of travel and exploring, a dip in the pool can cool you down on those hot summer days. You are welcome to relax in front of the fireplace in the chilly winter evenings.

Mirihof is the ideal place to begin your day with a scrumptious breakfast inside or out on the patio, weather permitting. Dinners are available by early; prior arrangement and it would be what is on offer that evening. We will also be happy to braai for a group.

We have a fully functional solar system to ensure power at all times. We offer secure off-street parking. There is so much on offer in our beautiful town, and we would be happy to advise you on places of interest in and around Montagu. Wine tasting tours can be arranged to various renowned wine estates.

The Lovers Walk, at the beginning of the popular Cogmanskloof and Bloupunt hiking trials are less than 1 km away. It is such an amazing experience to hike in the mountains. If you do not fancy hiking, bicycle rentals are available in town to explore Montagu.

At the end of the day, you may also prefer just to relax on the patio, sipping a glass of wine or champagne and enjoy a snack platter with our famous olive products.

Our beautiful garden is populated by a vast selection of birds, and some might come a say hallo. Sunrise and sunset colours play over the mountains giving gorgeous vistas that cannot easily be captured in a photograph.
