Accommodation at Lord’s Wine Farm is provided in 2 elegantly decorated, ground-floor apartments. Each apartment is furnished with a queen-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds on request and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The rooms have kitchenettes that are equipped with tea- and coffee-making facilities, a bar fridge, microwave, crockery, and cutlery.

Lord’s Wines has launched their new wedding and function venue. The one-of-a-kind venue was completed in late 2018. As the brain-child of Jacie Oosthuizen and the Lord’s Wines shareholders, every effort was made to mould the building to complement the gorgeous surrounds.
Nestled away in glorious isolation, at the end of the McGregor valley lies Lord’s Wines. High up the McGregor Mountains you will find an oasis of lush green lawns, sweeping vistas and indigenous fynbos. With a breath-taking panoramic view and vineyards 500m above sea level.

Viticulturist, Jacie Oosthuizen, realised his dream and joined his love for cricket and wine in 2006.

Located 180km from Cape Town, the characteristic venue will be a popular choice for brides and businesses, with a prime escape-the-city location for hosting business events, conferences, exhibitions and social events including weddings.

The venue is capable of hosting everything from a small intimate reception, to a lavish marquee extravaganza. The newly built 150-seater venue sits adjacent to the wine cellar, where the fourth generation of vine growers and winemakers are sculpting cool climate wines with impeccable attention to detail and quality.

Adding to the exciting new acquisition, the private tasting room offers a professional presentation room with seating suitable for 20- 30 audience members.
There are 2 luxury self-catering rooms available on the farm. Perfect for the Bride-to-be and her Bridesmaids.

Route Description

Via N1, travel towards Roberson on the R60, at the first 4-way intersection turn right towards McGregor. Drive straight through McGregor on Voortrekker road, you will then drive onto a gravel road for 10km towards the mountains. Travel 10km on the “Road to Nowhere” where you will see Lord’s wine farm on your right.
