We are happy to share a wonderful opportunity for local businesses and SMME’s.
We’re launching the Montagu SMME and Women in Business WINTER SCHOOL on 26 June (to run until 5 July)
We’re kicking off with a very powerful Customer Service Bootcamp on Thursday 26 June.

This program is aimed at hospitality/ retail staff at an affordable cost to have their staff attend. It is for receptionists/front of house, waiters, sales staff etc.
We focus on the staff member taking responsibility in understanding their role and give them tools to build confidence, communicate and work together as a team to deliver a memorable customer experience.
We also have a great bootcamp workshop on leadership for supervisors and managers. Which can be done as a follow up in the near future.
